Chips: 9,391 | | | Full Tilt? I have only been playing online for a few months - I started with the CT tourneys. I recently added a Full Tilt account, because of recs on this board that there were easier pickings there (not that I have been doing badly on 'stars. I do pretty well in the low $$ games I play with the exception of the CT tourney). I haven't really played enough to comment of the "fishiness" of the comptetion, but the software seems more cumbersome and slower. It is more annoying to me than pokerstars. What do you think? Which site has the best interface? L |

Also, getting UB hand histories use to be more cumbersome as they were not written to disk but Poker Ace makes this easier and allows you to collect data on tables you are not even playing including past hands (data mining); very useful for with PT. I don't believe P* allows or supports data mining. |

Full tilt has this option as well. You have to set the option after you sit - but you can make ANY chair yours. |

| Personally, I think Pokerstars has the best interface of the places I've played (Absolute, Full tilt, Party, Empire, Bodog, Paradise, Poker Room, Pacific, and just started Aztec Riches).
Full Tilt was the first room I played after PokerStars. It takes a little getting used to when switching from the only interface you've ever seen. I think Full Tilt's not bad, but I found the players pretty tight.

However, I did eventually discover that you can turn off all the avatars and background stuff at FT, which (for me) makes it much more reasonable to use.
All I care about is 1) where is the button, 2) how much is in the pot, and 3) is there a bet in front of me - so I much prefer the simplicity of the PS interface.

I like the menus and the like before that, but the table software is too slow. UB's software is about the best overall, FT is my second fav and PS is third. PP is ass and most of the other smaller fish are pretty poor as well. |
