At Titan, you really have to play the 1/2 tables (limit) to clear the bonus. 6 "stars" per raked hand vs something like 2 for .5/1. I would also recommend the 6 player games as there will be fewer chances for multiway pots (ok, not by much).
Also, play later if you can and Thurs/Fri/Sat nights. The tables seem to be a bit tighter (more players clearing bonuses?).
It may take a while - but when you find the right table, it will be a breeze. You need to play aggressive - and raise any unopened pot when you play. This should isolate 1-2 players or (ultimate) get you the pot uncontested. With position on the correct players, you can raise with just about anything from the button and the button +1 (they need to be weak-tight).
My last session there I had the ideal table. The guy on my left was chatting about "another one who raises all of the time" lol. DUH - tight aggresion makes money playing poker. Loose aggression increases the take against weak players who do not know how to play shorthanded.
Ended the session with like 1200 stars (cleared the bonus), $120 extra in cash. Looking at the stats, played like 250 ands. Won uncontested pots on 20 (folded preflop). 20 X $3 blinds (2/4 table) was good for 1/2 my profit. Aggression pays.
