i think i remember reading that you have to click on the live online support icon, ask them, and they'll tell you...

This is from personal experience. You can ask online support any time and they will give you the answer right away, or just wait until they email you. They will email at least once a week or whenever you have 1000 or more pts, they will email next AM.
