After this hand, he goes on and on about how big of a donkey I am for catching the K (he and his buddy Morgred had been doing this the whole time I was there). This hand was definitely all about my donkey luck and not about him letting me take the hand away from him. I feel shame.

Exactly. If he reraised the flop, I would have called and thrown the hand away when I didn't improve. If he would have raised the turn I would have thrown the hand away. He played like a pud and I won. Usually it's the other way around. Bizzaro world.

I believe that this is the first hand that I've seen posted where the guy who posted the hand ends up winning.

lol, I didn't really even think about that when I posted it.
But, yeah, I'm not one to cry about bad beats and post the hands for sympathy. I like to post my occasional win and have everyone praise me.

I'm quite impressed with the strong play and flawless technique displayed by Yeltzen during that hand. I wonder how he does it? Maybe, just maybe he was the winning bidder on "The Hammer's" book of poker tips.............

I don't know if you took the opportunity or not, but that's a good time to say something like, "And what if I had wired Kings and just hit my set? who's the ******* now?"

Bad play by opponent, he should have been betting & raising on the flop and turn to protect his hand against both the flush and str8 draws.
