If you deposit $100 you'd get $20 bonus... you'd have to clear this at I believe 5x the amount of $... so 100 points. Good luck doing this on Poker Stars, where a raise wins the pot preflop in the .05/.10 limit games.

Not IMMEDIATELY. Stars has a 48-hour waiting period on withdrawing after any deposit.
Also, if you make any withdrawal during the bonus period before first making a deposit, you can't claim the bonus.
Say I have $130 in my account there. If I withdraw it to Netteller and redeposit it will that work to get the bonus?
No, it's for new money. If you take money out during the week of the reload offer then it would not qualify. The idea is to get more money deposited on the site.
