NEW! Rounded Ceramic Poker Plaque Set (Comparison)

Okay, if you appreciate consistency then you will love the two newest plaques we've added.

We WERE only offering two rounded plaques and one medium size square plaque.

NOW we have a full set of rounded plaques in four different sizes. Check this out!

Yeah, we're excited too. Pricing and weight data to follow.

Printed samples should be ready in about 10 days.

Here's one of a 107mm prototype:

Yeah, I think I'm going to have to get a few of the King size ones. What are the artwork dimensions? Are the edges printable?

107mm x 75mm

Edges are fully printable... mine will be simple. Just solid black all the way to avoid any potential problems caused by edge alignment.

I believe the rounded edges are 10mm and if not exactly then close enough to use as a guesstimate.

Salvatore can correct me if anything's wrong but I don't think so

Re: NEW! Rounded Ceramic Poker Plaque Set (Comparison)

Thanks Joni. Yeah the edges are printable.

The only problem is that there is difficulty with alignment on the edges AND from plaque to plaque. What I mean is if you have your finished plaques stacked you will notice that there are some that aren't exactly aligned. This is because the edges aren't exactly square and they aren't exactly round. It's difficult for the printer to get an exact alignment.

So it is best to avoid designs that require edge alignment.

Here's a pic...

Salvatore - do you have the dimensions of these plaques for the purposes of creating artwork? If you have the radius of the edges too that would good, I'm working on a design and I haven't decided if it will have a border or not. Thanks.

Each plaque has it's dimensions and artwork requirements outlined on our web site. I'm not supposed to post my web site address as a link but you can find the link at the top of this page just above the post reply button.

The short answer is
XLarge plaque - 107mm x 75mm
Large plaque - 94mm x 66mm
Medium plaque - 82mm x 57mm
Small plaque - 68mm x 48mm

Corner radius is 11mm.

If you need templates for photoshop or illustrator I can send them to you via email. Just send an email to me at oldwestps AT gmail DOT com.

I hope this helps and I hope to hear back from you soon.
