newbie intro and question
Hello, I am Dilbert from Baton Rouge Louisiana. I have been playing poker several years. I recently purchased a house with a 500 sq ft room that will be turned into a poker room for home games. While doing chip research I stumbled onto this site. I found the chiptalk free sample pack offer and decided it was perfect for my research. I placed the order on July 31 and have yet to receive my samples! About 6 weeks ago I sent an email to greg@lightningweb.com inquiring about a ship date but never received a response. Anyone know what I can/should do? I just find it hard that someone on this site would be trying to scam people for $6.58 at a time

Greg is the OWNER of this site known as CHIPTALK so I wouldn't be too worried.

Re: newbie intro and question
I couldn't find the relavent thread, but I believe the sample packs have been discontinued and the payments refunded. Go back to the thread from which you got the info to order and check the OP as well as posts from the last month or so. At one end or the other, there is talk of a refund from Nanabanana.
PS - to get info on this, contact Nanabanana and not Tenpercenter.

Re: newbie intro and question
dont be discouraged dilbert. we have such a great community here at Chiptalk that if you ask nicely, some generous members here would be willing to send you samples of the chips you are interested in.
Welcome to CT btw.

Welcome, Dilbert.
Per NanaBanana's post here, in order to get a PayPal refund, please send her a PM with all the details: Name, CT name, date of order, Transaction ID and Paypal address.

Re: newbie intro and question
Hi. Come on in. Welcome to Chiptalk. Today we'll have some "Five meat Habanero Chili" with smoked bacon, pork sausage, ground beef, cubed beef stew meat and cubed chicken. If you like, you can have yours with Naga Morich chili. To drink with, we have some very good strong ale.
Good luck with your chip-collecting quest. Say goodbye for your dough....
Good to have you here. And do remember to input some good pics of your forthcoming chip sets.
