Just starting out

Hi everyone. I just got interested in this hobby and wanted to start collecting poker chips. I've been to the chipboard website and introduced myself too.
I'm also considering joining the CC&GTCC as well.

I wasn't sure if this 'general' forum was the right spot for the meet&greet section or not. I aplogize if I put this in the wrong place. I just ordered some vinyl sleeves (for a notebook) for starters, and hope to get started collecting soon!

Welcome aboard. I'm relatively new to this as well but have become addicted to it already. Great place to gather information for our new hobby.

I just ordered my first set of real chips today. They will definately be an upgrade to the old dice chips I've been using for the past 5 years.

Welcome to Chiptalk, pretty much anything you need to know about chips you will find here. I'm a relative noob here as well, but there's great people with awesome sets, and lots of knowledge on this site
