Chips: 6 | | | Re: Newbie saying "Hi" I don't think I’ve had such a warm welcome on any forum ever as I have here. Nice to see it's a real community here. I'll start from the top. I been playing poker for 2 years, it's only really just become popular in the UK in the past 4-5 years, maybe less. I much prefer face to face play and I just love Paulson Chips. So I started buying Vineyards and had spent well over $1000 on UNC chips ( As you know Vineyards are more scarce than PNY's and UNC are even harder to come by, especially $1 UNC of which I had 2 racks) Anyhow I couldn't bear using them in a game they were that mint (and expensive) so I sold the lot. Now I’m hoping to start a set of PNY starting with 10 of their $500 Primary chips. Only a few sellers are willing to ship to the UK though. <O </O I could do with some help, info on PNY, the casino history, how many chips in circulation and when they started hitting the scene, In particular how many of which denom and their current market value. I'm sure there are PNY chaps here who have the low-down.<O <O Right time to start cooking the Sunday lunch here chaps! Catch you all later!<O </O <O </O And as for chips! Well at the moment I have 10! White hot stamp $1aus Conrad Jupiter chips, 1 mint $1 Vineyard and 1000 pieces of crap that I want to replace with PNY!<O ></O > |

There are lots of them sorry I don't know the exact count but the $1000's is a killer($20-25 per). These chips was available 3 year ago. I don't know the exactly time but you could do a search on PNY's under group buy. Expect about $1-$1.5 per for $1,$5,$25,and $100. $20, $500 is about $5-$6 per.
Your best shot is to shop at the Classifieds. Most Cters will shipped to UK. By the way, you should contact Noel. He owns a lot of chips and he could help you out.
Good luck..... |

Chips: 6 | | | Re: Newbie saying "Hi" A good read thanks for that, So it looks like they came onto the market in 1999? I thought it was a little later than that? although 99 is a guess on my part. I'd imagine they'd hold on to the chips for a while.
Also anyone know why there are primary and secondary chips?
