I'm a graphic designer who lives in pleasanton and works in san francisco. I am 24 and trying to get back into playing texas hold'em with people. I recently got third place in a small, daily, Lake Tahoe local tourny.... And thus my chip addiction began.

I have had relatively plain clay chips for years now and wanted to upgrade to more flashy designs.

I just bought some Da Vincis to replicate the JB Paulsons, so I'll post pics soon. I plan on having just shy of 600 chips. I hope I like them so I don't have to buy the real thing ($$$)!

Welcome... and warning, you are walking on a slippery slope. I started down your path about 5 years ago and am constantly upgrading my chips.

Wow, quite the warming response! Especially from the local bay area residents!

NoFear was quick to invite me to a game this sunday, which I should be attending. He wants to show me what "real" chips are like.
