Good evening to everyone!
Like most, I've been bitten with the poker bug and started playing about a month ago. Joined the site recently because of Sidepot's poker chip contest.
As a 9-5er, I work in the film/video industry, but little low on the totem. This would explain why my video looks nice. It was, however, my first independent project that I have personally directed and shot since I graduated college. Mostly I work as a grunt.
Worked casino job and played NL holdem one night after work and loved it. After losing my money, I bought a book to read on how to play better. And here I am.
I was looking to buy some nice poker chips and do some home games which is how I came across Sidepot and their contest. After posting YouTube, I found my video linked to here and joined immediately. I have already learned so much about poker chips and the game itself through here.
But anyway... sorry for making this long. Hope to see you guys in AC and Philly.
If anyone has a Philly game, I live just north of, let me know if you have an extra seat.

Welcome! You'll find a lot of helpful info here, but the most important piece of advice I can give you is: Buy Samples!
