I ordered some last week too and she told me there has been very little interest so far. Hopefully, I'll get them with the rest of my order...

You can purchase the dealer buttons now. Call them up and they are readily available(they are not listed on the website). If you bought your chips direct from NJ, you can get a free one by posting a pic on their forum.
