[Q] When can I expect delivery?
[A] You can expect delivery in mid June.

[Q] Are there any minimum or maximum quantity requirements?
[A] No, you can order as many or as few chips as you like and even combine chips from different sets. However, for low quantities we might have to charge an additional shipping fee to cover our expenses. Contact us for a price quote.

[Q] Do I need to pay VAT?
[A] If you are located outside the European Union you do not have to pay VAT. If you live inside the EU however we are obligated to charge an additional 19% VAT.

[Q] Are these only available with textured surface?
[A] No, we offer both Textured and Smooth surfaces.

Yes, I like the Sunset chips too. This type of full-face design works well on ceramics.

Since we sell these at very low prices, and shipping is included in our prices, we could easily loose money on low quantity orders. However, we have lowered the MOQ to 50 pcs. The alternative would be to remove the MOQ altogether and instead charge an additional shipping fee for very small quantities. Let me know your thoughts.

There's usually always a minimum amount at any group buy.

I have removed the MOQ so you are welcome to order as few chips as you like. It is better we quote small orders individually. This leaves you with more options while we can avoid loosing money on small orders.

Well, perhaps someone in Europe would be willing to redistribute? Then we can get the VAT down to only ~€0.03 (~$0.05) per piece.

I will look at some other options as well and post my findings here.
