Re: Coming up - 2007 WSOP replicas !!!
Pretty bad that there's no $5 chip in the second set, because it's not possible to take some of the first and some of second set.

Matt, im not really liking the tophat on the chip. it looks too cartoony. this is what the RHC mold looks like.
any way you could incorporate something more along these lines? thx.

Re: Coming up - 2007 WSOP replicas !!!
Matt,
Due to the closeness of the 5K and the 25K chips in colour, what would be the cost of having the 25K inlay produced in the 50K chip for an order if placed?

This is most likely how the final set will look like. We might change the shade of some colors but allc colors should be correct allready.

We could easily add some chips to the set if there is interest for this. We could take colors from one set and use for the other. The result might look something like this -->

We will try to make samples available as soon as possible. This might take a while though as we first need to print prototypes (next week), review those prototypes, perhaps make some changes and then we can order the samples. However, those who are familiar with our 2006 WSOP replicas probably have a decent idea how these will look allready. We will make an effort to make these the best 2007 replicas on the market.

Please note that our chip design is already extremely similar to the originals as we are replicating both the THC mold, the RIO logo AND the WSOP logo. It is important that the mold isn't too similar for several reasons. One of the being possible Ebay scams.

Not sure, I would guess $15 if you only change the denomination and only on one chip. We will also charge a higher price - $0.75/pc - for that particular chip.
I think that the resemblance in colors is not a problem in real life. Many was discussing the resemblance between last years $5000 and $25,000 chips but as things turned out they weren't that similar after all. I think we are seing the same thing this year.

I still think there should be an option for textured. Personally, ceramics are way too slippery for my liking which is what keeps me from going the ceramic route.
