Clearly these are all inspired by B&G casino chips. I'm just curious, but has anyone ever looked into getting custom chips done by B&G? If so, what is the cost, minimum order, etc.? Unless I'm greatly mistaken, based on GPI's web site, B&G seems to have one of the simplest manufacturing processes and (I'm guessing) could make relatively inexpensive custom-inlayed chips, at least on their advertising mold (that reads "Bourgogne et Grasset" or "BG"; see image below). If they're less than $1/chip (like $0.60-$0.70), it might be worth it to get authentic B&G's, versus making imitation injection-molded chips on Sunfly ceramics. Just a thought... |

B&G only sell their chips to registered casino companies. We are not changing chip type or anything like that at this time. We are now voting for the design, then we will prototype that design and start the ordering process.

Thanks. Just checking. Didn't want to read through the entire GB Discussion thread just to see why you were going ceramic (other than that it's your speciality! ).

Well, the reason everyone seems to have designed chips for this group buy that resembles B&G chips is probably that B&G chips are some of the most common chips in European casinos (correct me if I'm wrong). Ceramic chips, in fact, is the only way to go if you want to create a chip design, such as these B&G style chips, that are impossible to get otherwise. That's why practically all WSOP replicas etc etc have been made on ceramics. I hope this explains

I think the IN VARIETATE CONCORDIA chips should be the clear winner here! The european motto on the chips is a great idea and the design just looks fantastic! The others are just runner-ups here...
