[Q] When will these chips become available?
[A] I can not tell you exactly when, only that it will be very soon. They should be finished within one month tops.
Smooth vs Textured
[Q] Do you offer both smooth and textured chips?
[A] Yes. Smooth chips will be available for an additional cost of $0.05 per chip.
Lined-Up Edgespots
[Q] Do you offer lined-up edgespots?
[A] Unfortunally not. Only ~10% of the chips would be perfectly lined up which means you would have to pay or order ten times as much to get a set with perfectly aligned edgespots.
Further Discounts
[Q] I want to order a large quantity, can you give me a better deal?
[A] I will not be able to offer you a better deal at this time. This because I've allready lowered the price so much. The reason I lowered the price so much is that I wanted everyone to get a good price not only the ones who can afford to buy the chips by the thousands. Since I've lowered the price so much allready I can not offer further discounts to those who order a larger quantity. It's possible that I could have sold more chips if I would have set the price higher and then encouraged large orders by giving a discount depending on the order size. That would have been good for me, but not for the average Joe here at Chiptalk. I hope that you understand and that you still find my offer satisfactory.
Delivery Time
[Q] How long would it take for me to get the chips after I place my order?
[A] International FedEx deliveries straight from the factory should take no more than 7-10 days. If you're located in Sweden and choose a slower/cheaper shipment method, expect about 3 weeks.
Customized Chips
[Q] Can I have these customized and if so in what way?
[A] Yes, they can be fully customized. You can change the text, colors, denominations. Anything you like. Contact me via pm or send me an email for more information.
Sample Sets
[Q] Can I order samples now or do I need to wait until the chips are finished?
[A] I don't want to release samples of unfinished chips. I will let everyone know when samples become available. Keep an eye on the forum for any updates.
International Orders
[Q] I live in the US, can I order these too?
[A] Absolutely. The chips are available for International orders.
Edgespot Size
[Q] Are the edgespots scaled to match the size of the details on the chips faces?
[A] Yes. The size of the spots and stripes on the chips edges is identical to those on the chips faces.
Order Limit
[Q] Is there a minimum/maximum order limit?
[A] There is currently no order limits. You can buy 1 or 100000 chips.
Customs Fee / Import Tax
[Q] Would I have to pay a customs fee / import tax?
[A] No. Since International orders will be delivered with FedEx there will be no customs fee or import tax.
Design Work
[Q] I would like to order some customized WSOP chips. Can you help me design them and if so what would it cost?
[A] I will help where possible. I currently do not charge anything extra but I will not be able to help everyone as the design work can be time consuming.
Prices
[Q] How come your WSOP chips is more expensive than the Bellagio chips sold by Palm Imports?
[A] Palm Imports got a one-time special offer for that group-buy and the size of the order was 160,000 chips. Palm Imports
will never be able to buy Sun-Fly chips that cheap again, nor will any other vendor interested in retailing them. The price of the Bellagio chips does not represent what Sun-Fly chips are worth or will be sold for in the future. Deadline
[Q] When is the deadline to purchase these chips?
[A] There is no fixed date, atleast not yet. Once the chips are released however, I will allow plenty of time for everyone to get their orders in. Expect 2-4 weeks from the time the chips are released. If you have ordered samples you can expect 2-4 weeks from the time your samples arrive.

[Q] Do these chips break or loose their colors easily?
[A] These chips are very durable. On customer's requests I have done a break test and a discoloration test. I had to drop the chip from a height of 5 feet no less than 48 times into a stone floor before the chip broke in half. Putting the chip in a glass of Vodka for 6 hours (yes a customer actually requested this) didn't affect the print at all (I used 40% Absolute Vodka). These are as durable and wear resistant as ChipCo chips in my knowledge and probably more durable than Bourgogne et Grasset chips.
