This site has free 1st class shipping with coupon code "freefirstclass". The chips themselves are kind of expensive, but I got a bunch of samples for alot less than they would be with shipping anywhere else.
LOL! They only charge $1.80 for the new paulson chips that discountcasinogear.com is charging 95 cents for! But if I save $3.95 on shipping, its worth it

No, not affiliated at all. I was just looking to get some samples tonight and wanted to pass along a good deal I found. I think the prices are horrible for anything other than getting a few samples cheap. Would recommend ordering sets of chips elsewhere.
Honestly, I don't really see anything there that I can't get from 5stardeal.com for a fraction of the price, and dirt-cheap shipping. In fact, I bet there's always a "free shipping" code available at any given time at 5star, unless one of their other codes are a better deal. ($15 off for $50+ orders... 25% off total order... free shipping...)
Looks to me like that site is a just a drop shipper of 5star stuff. I could be wrong.
If there are discount codes for 5star please post them. Their regular prices + shipping are about the same as the price I paid at the site I posted with free shipping. The chip inventory of the two sites does look identical, though I was able to get every denom of the Bond chips where 5start only has .50
I looked around here for suggestions on where to get sample chips and didn't find anything. I thought other people might want the same info and would appreciate the post.

Sounds liek a great idea for an article. How to get samples, listing each chip type and what you need to do to get them.
I could do that, though don't you think that would need to be a live document since prices and deals are changing constantly. Maybe a sticky would be better?
