Wanted: Clay Chips

Listen. You need to make room for the group-buy Paulsons/new Vineyards/Dunes/whatever chip you have your eye on. If you're wife/girlfriend/conscience spots you with ANOTHER set of chips, she/it will start to question your sanity. Plus, some extra money to go towards a new set of chips would be nice.
Luckily, I can help. I am looking for a good set of chips, 300-400, and I'll pay around 50 cents per chip.
Otherwise, I will be forced to order a set of from PC.com later this week. This will cause an undue amount of suffering due to the 8-10 week wait. Let's avoid that. I will give your chips a nice home...I promise to shuffle them...stack them...and use them to chase flushes that I never make.
Hope to hear some offers.
Thanks.

Do you need edgespots? If not you can grab the circle/square mold chips from pokerchips.com and not have a wait.

Otherwise, I have no extra clay chips, sorry

I was gonna say exactly what CLonexx said. If I was on a budget, those circle square chips for 35 cents would already be on their way to my house.

Grath,

I have 450 of the clay chips listed here....

http://thepokerchipcompany.com/html/...tyle_1003.html

... which I have to unload to free up space and cash for the Egyptian Paulson buy. It was hard enough convincing my wife to spring for the new set..... there's no way I'm going to be able to keep both.

The set is non-denom (no hot stamps) in the following quantities

25 white
200 red
150 green
50 black
25 purple

They are about a year old. I purchased them in March of 2004. Most of their use has come from me practicing various chip tricks. For live play, they've been used about ten time for tournaments and five times for home games.

I also have the 500 chip deluxe case listed here if you're interested.

http://pokerchips.com/cases98/casedeluxe.html

I'm going to have to move up to a case that holds more chips for the Egyptian buy. So you know, the key/locking mechanism on both latches were broken by airport security when they forced open the case while inspecting my suitcase. The latches themselves work fine, they just don't lock any more.

You mentioned you were looking to pay around $0.50 per chip, however these retail for only $0.45, and I'm certainly not expecting you to pay retail price for a used set. Let me know if you're interested.

Boot

That last post sounds like a good option for you. IMHO, the faux clay and the casino 1003 chips are the best composite chips out there.

I think your choices should be between the PC.com circle square mold blanks or the chips listed in the above post.

You can't go wrong with either.
