I feel for you brother.
I'm going be in contract this week. I live in one of the most ridiculous area of the country, (well 2nd top next to those west coast places in CA)
I have to practically sell my soul to buy a house here (I shoulda moved to Vegas 10 years ago

She has no idea how much chips cost but I have to play tight anyhow. Looks to be an almost chipless year...
