Chips: 2,370 | | | FS: St. Jo's Frontier Casino Paulson Chips In light of my new spending habit and urge to buy different chips, I am looking to sell my casino paulson set that I bought not too long ago from here.
The chips are these : http://www.chiptalk.net/forum/thechi...ll-denoms.html
Breakdown is :
199 - .50 Cent Chips
400 - $1 Chips
298 - $25 chips
All of the chips were hand cleaned using a solution made for chip cleaning and I have taken care of them. In case you didnt click the link, they are Paulson chips that were damaged during hotstamping when the casino was cancelling the chips. They range from barely noticeable to very noticeable. They have been used a good amount here and I have only lost 3 chips to breaking, all 3 being drops onto a concrete floor from 5 feet or so.
I am looking to get $300 shipped for all 897 chips. They would be shipped via USPS, using 100 chip boxes that they were sent to me in, in the $8 flat rate box (possibly 2) with some bubble wrap in there.
Let me know if anyone is interested.
Thanks! |

Thanks! | Could you post some pics of your chips? You said you cleaned these, so it would be good to see what they look like now. |

Chips: 93 | | | Re: FS: St. Jo's Frontier Casino Paulson Chips Clonexx,
I'm interested in this set. What are the percentages of the severely cracked chips vs. the not so severly cracked chips? (Sort of a weird question) Have the severly cracked chips become worse or stayed about the same? Have you tried to seal any of the cracks, if so, was it successful?
Thanks,

Thanks,
Jiggs77 | I really didn't look at the chips that closely. 900 chips is a lot of chips to look at individually =) Cleaning them all took just about all my energy =P
I would say there are definitely more chips with lesser cracks then bigger ones. Some of them you can barely make out the crack unless you stare at the chip for a while. I have not noticed any of the chips getting any worse over time. I even have about 10-12 that I shuffle on a semi regular basis and have seen no change in any of them. It truly is a solid set with the amazing Paulson sound and feel at an insane price.
The greens are the most fragile of the bunch, the pinks are the middle and the whites are the most solid. So far , as I said above, in the 4 months or so I have owned these, I have lost 2 greens and one pink. Really not bad at all.
If you are a perfectionist, then of course this set wouldn't be for you =) However, if you are looking for a full Paulson set at a great price, even with the cracks, this is your chance =)
I also have not tried to seal any of the cracks, Im not even sure how you would go about that without ruining the chip. | | | | Thread Tools | Search this Thread | | | | | Display Modes | Linear Mode |
