Story:
Way way back in the stone ages before Chiptalk even existed, Slow Play Ray decided to launch this group buy. The focus was to have Custom Kings Crown chips that would be exclusive (only people originally in could order) and have some awesome colors. I believe around 7000 or so were made. This is the first set for sale that I know of.
I would like to sell as a whole set, but would break into a cash (.25 - $5) and tourney ($25 and up).
Asking price: $775 + Shipping. No racks included, chips will be shipped in their original 100 chip TR King boxes.
Note: the 10 $5000 chips are stock Kings Crown chips that I used to fill the gap while I was waiting for more $1000 chips. Most are mint, unplayed. A few have been used, but you can't tell which ones.
Condition:
The tournament set has been used more than the cash. The tournament set has been used once per week for approx. 6 months. Some of the chips show a little dirt, but not much wear. 25 of the $1000 chips are in mint condition, just received them in the mail 2 weeks ago and have decided not to use them.
Cash set: Used in approx 15-20 games. If you look at the pictures below, the $5 chips all the way on the left are mostly in mint, unplayed condidtion. The others are broken in and may show some dirt, but not much.
If someone buys the whole set, I will include an original $5 and $25 chip with shaped inlays.
