Re: how about a real feedback system?

I very much like the idea of it. Sure, it isn't fool-proof, but would go a long way toward reassuring buyers/traders that they are dealing with someone reputable. With just a little bit of research into the past dealings a person has had, like making sure they had positive feedback from obviously different personalities, transactions could be made in confidence.

The features were not extra special, but hey,... it delivers what is necessary.

Thumbs up Re: how about a real feedback system?

Good idea. It would simplify the "use of Reputation as a buyer/seller concept". Ten -- Pretty soon you will have a mini eBay on your hands!

Re: how about a real feedback system?

I think a feedback system would certainly help, especially as the board grows. And it would assure people who are dealing with people who are relatively new to the board to know that although someone has only been here a month, he has been trustworthy in his transactions.

But I have to say that I found it VERY interesting that in the "good" thread there are lots and lots of names -- some very well known on the board, many less known (such as myself!) -- and that in the "bad" thread there are only two names. Considering how many total transactions there must be due to M2M, two baddies is a pretty small number!!
