Re: Problem Corrected with TenPercenter

I think he needed to put a followup here to let everyone know it was resolved. Otherwise anyone reading this thread would be left wondering.

Re: the Bad and the Ugly

I just wanted to take a few moments to make a public apology to Wylecoyo for the miscommunication and stress I caused him with our transaction several months ago. As mentioned in this thread, I sold him a set of Vineyard NCV chips and when they were shipped out they weren't packaged properly and the carriers/racks and some of the chips were damaged. After I was notified of the damage I agreed to take care of the replacement costs but regrettably didn't make it as high of a priority to take care of it immediately as I should have. I went on vacation and didn't take care of it until I returned. Sense then I haven't spent much time here on CT because of other obligations but those obligations have been exhausted and I would like to come back. Is it possible for me to be forgiven for my wrong-doings? I don't plan on ever selling anything else on this site again so you don't have to worry about me in that regard, but I would like to be a contributing part of this community. I have spoken to Wyle about this on several occasions and he's agreed that, to him, it's all "water-under-the-bridge" but I would like to ask for forgiveness from the group as well so that I can come here without fear of not being welcome. If you would prefer to have me just "go away" then please let me know and I sadly do so. I truly am very sorry!!!

It would probably serve your 'case' well to have Wyle post about your apparent resolution with him.
We could take it from there...(I was a big voice in having you put "into the red" ""...and at that time, deservedly so. )

If he's cool with you, and no other members have beef, then I dont see any problem..But thats just me and Im only one voice.

I have spoken to ElitePoker about the situation several times and I have no problems putting the situation with our transaction in the past. I cannot speak for anyone else who may have had dealings with him, but he did make good in the end so I can be happy about that. I also do not have and have never had any problem with you remaining a member here.

Thanks Wylecoyo, I appreciate the consideration!

Question for all, would I post a bad experience I had in the WTB forum here?

Re: the Bad and the Ugly

For anyone interested, here is a nice follow-up to my transaction with ElitePoker: Matthew PMed me a few weeks ago and offered to send me 20 of the NJ Bounty chips as a gesture of good will to make up for past difficulties. I received them a few days ago (I would have posted sooner, but I was on the road all day yesterday) and I am very appreciative of his kind consideration. So I want to send out a sincere thank you to Matthew, I am glad to see you are active on the site again and doing well.
