Thank you for your thoughts. Since I posted these comments, Ten has not contacted me directly, but he has posted in his Marketplace thread that he was going to look into it and get back to me. That is all that I wanted. It is very possible that the problem is unrelated to Ten, but without communication I have no means of knowing where the problem might be.
I was not aware that the site was having a lot of problems. Everything seemed to be working great as usual. Regarding his trip, I actually inquired to see if he was on vacation or if something had happened to him. I learned he was on vacation and when I saw that he had returned and was posting again (approxiamtely July 1st) I made multiple attempts to contact him via PM, e-mail, mutual members and posts on the forum. I was under the opinion that if he had time to make posts about general topics, he probably had time to respond my inquiries.
I will further state that I respect Ten for putting together such a great site and for all of the positive things he has done for chip enthusiasts. I have purchased chips from a number of Chiptalk members and have had nothing but positive experiences. When I made this purchase, I thought it would be very smooth because he is the Site Founder and has awesome feedback from doing a million transactions with other members. Now that he has responded, I am confident that he will help me find the problem with this order and get it resolved. When he does, I will post the final outcome and I am sure I will be the first one to give him praise.

I saw Ten's response to you in his Marketplace thread after I posted here. I'm sure that all will be A-OK in no time at all.

SCSTWG, I can understand how you feel - but just wanted to jump in here and try to reassure you. This is not how Ten conducts business - and I'm sure you will be hearing from him. For most of the time frame that you are stating - he was in Russia, and once he returned, he has been under the gun with work, server problems etc. I know how frustrated you must be, and I'm not making excuses, but I know that he has a ton of messages to sort thru. I have faith that you will hear from him soon....

My mind would be put to ease, when I received my merchandise that I paid for weeks ago. Sorry, but that's how I would feel if I were SCSTWG, no matter who the seller is.

Again, I appreciate everyone's input. I knew that commenting on a transaction with Ten and giving anything less than 100% positive feedback would not be well received. I am simply interested in getting the product that I paid for and I am hopeful that will happen because of Ten's reputation. I am sure he earned a good reputation for a reason. The only problem I have had is that there was zero communication. I am a reasonable person and if he would have said something along the lines of "hey, I am going on vacation so its going to be a few weeks" then I have no issue. If when he would have gotten back he would have said "hey, I have been on vacation and I am buried, it's going to be a week or two. I am cool with that. Unfortunately, there was no communciation.
Because of his reputation, my intial thoughts were that either there was a shipping problem, he was on vacation or something happened that has made him totally unavailable. He is looking into it and is going to let me know. If all goes well, I will have my chips in a few days and will be posting positive feedback. Thanks.

Problem Corrected with TenPercenter
Once tenPercenter re-opened the lines of communciation, everything went as planned and I received my chips on 7/21//06. Given Ten's positive feedback by countless members, I have written this off to an isolated incident and don't feel that anyone should hesitate to do business with him. At the end of the day, he made the transaction right and that is all that matters.
