Side note: Tried to get more of these chips and some $0.50 a month later and they were all distributed to the floor. These will be UNC, OBS, $1 chips from a closed casino in 1 weeks time frame. It's not easy to get "still in the box" casino chips. If no one is interested, I am willing to do a equal trade for other lots of 100 $1 UNC Casino Paulson chips.

It's more like 33¢ for each chip. Realistically, that's a lot less what a lot of the Vegas web merchants are charging for those chips (and they obviously have a shorter trip to get to I-15.) While I wouldn't have any interest in it since I am frequently in cities that have casinos (including the Vegas area) and can get these chips myself if I had a desire for them, but there are a number of people who have paid a greater premium over face value for casino chips. Not to mention all those people bidding on eBay for current rack chips from various casinos.

I wouldn't condemn one individual when there are a number of others that are making post to this same forum with the intent of profiteering on a recent purchase. ... and you don't even want to see some of the PMs that I've received that are a total insult to my intelligence.

On the other hand, it should be noted that those are Westward Ho chips, and not the HO chips that were recently issued.

Can't really tell from the photo -- what color are those chips? They're not white, don't seem to be grey, kinda beige? Photos can be deceiving.

Thanks Pocket!!! I know this website is not the best indicator of what the market will pay for chips, but they are selling these UNC chips for $8 each. http://www.oldvegaschips.com/westwardhosale.htm

Like in my OP, I am taking offers or equal trades. If someone has a rack of 100 Luxor, Wynn, or other cool $1 Paulson Casino Chips that are UNC, I am willing to do an equal trade. Getting large amounts of UNC chips seems to be hard and a matter of some great timing.

Everyone, don't let me put this up on the evil Ebay, give me an offer and lets see what happens.

PS- cnw, the chips are kinda a beige color

That's the price that they're offering them at, not necessarily an indication of what people are paying for them, or if anyone has ever bought one from him. On the other hand, that's a technique that is often used on eBay; making references to the highest posted prices you can find, so you may want to keep that link handy if you put these on eBay.

Well, you can't expect to get new chips from a casino after they've exhausted their supply into general circulation between the vault and the floor.

On the other hand, it's not all that hard either if you have your contacts within the casinos and know when a new order of chips might be arriving, and I'm sure the Vegas merchants have those.

I think 1.33 is an excellent price for these......Iv got 300 Binions NEW, but will not trade...they look too good

Nice looking chips, at a more then reasonable price imo...i wouldnt mind having some of these, just dont need 300, thats for sure....Let us know if you put some smallish lots up for sale Davey-
