10¢-1 side/15¢-2 sides + shipping both ways. I will not charge a setup or artwork fee to Chiptalk members.

Quick question that you might want to answer in your OP:

Is this service for injection-molded (faux clay, Nexgen, other slugged plastic) "composite" chips or compression-molded (Paulson, BCC, TRKing, ASM) "clay" chips - or both? What about ceramic (Chipco, Sunfly, Nevada Jack) chips (doubt it)?

awesome news- congrats!! Good to see innovative people brining new products to light! ( pardon the pun)

Next we need you to try doing this to the alum cases- etc--
Ahhh I see a WHOLE new world opening up!!

I'm interested. My goal is to have some custom solids with hot-stamp markings similar in design to the Harrah's Rincon San Diego tourney chips. Simple design with the words curving around the outer part of the inlay.

The hot stamping ideas on the other threads sound great. Looking forward to any updates.

-I have lasered these chips: Faux Clay(Deluxe Dice), Super Diamond, Paulson, ASM, Chipco, Sunfly. The ceramics have proven to laser extremely well. The clays laser very well. The plastics can be tricky, but laser very well too.

-I have an 'interested member' list that was started in November. Within a couple weeks, I'll PM those members in the order of contact to re-announce the service and take orders if desired.

-The hot-stamping idea looks very promising and I bet it'll be very popular.
