I'm slowly getting the guys to stop stuff like this. The pot generally doesn't get splashed, but it's not too much of an issue. Only one or two them make string bets now, and I'm trying to get them out of that habit. The rest of us will pretty much verbally declare most bets/raises first, and not "I call and I raise blah".
I've gotten the min bet/raise thing working, and it gets enforced when needed

But I'm not sure about one thing - initial bets on a round of betting. It has to be at least the BB (for NL), but if they want to make it more than that would they have to go with 2xBB or just any amount above it? For example, big blind is 200, and they want to bet 300. I've just let that go for now because I'm not sure what the actual rule would be. Not much of a concern for me, because I'm not a fan of minimum raises
