"Cold Roll" Poker term definition

Some of the guys at my regular game use the term "cold roll" or maybe "coal roll" or "cole roll" (nobody seems to really know) for split pot games when I would use "scoop" - to win both halves of the pot in a split pot game. Google doesn't help me much in looking for the term.

Anybody else heard of it?

i've played many hours of split pot games with many old people throwing out all kinds of weird old school slang and i've never heard that one.

Re: "Cold Roll" Poker term definition

Cold-decking, slow-roll, scoop -- all standard poker terms. Maybe they're confused.

I mean, they're from Texas, right? ESLers come up with weird combination terms at times.

Re: "Cold Roll" Poker term definition

A common alternate term for a scoop at our game is "Hoggy!"
