Chips: 175 | | | How many times do you want to run it? What is everybodies view on this? Is it an acceptable deal in a home game? Or just a gimmick for entertainment like in HSP? Since home games are more of a social affair than say casino cash games, should more deals be allowed to happen? |

Players still have to agree, you can't force someone to run it twice. |

Chips: 14,330 | | | Re: How many times do you want to run it? I tend to think it's a gimmick. Sure it reduces variance but my home games aren't played for rent money. The idea of bothering to run a board twice to award a $20 pot makes me want to stab someone in the eye.
Well, maybe not that strong, but yoy get the idea.

For the stakes we play at it might seem kind of silly.

We play .25/.50 HE/Omaha with a $60 buy-in and a reload under $10, and surprisingly we get some $100+ pots at times. That's usually when these deals are made. |
