i checked our laws here in town and socail gaming is allowed as long as the house is not proffiting

welcome to oregon! I play in all sorts of games at bars. There are multiple games every night in portland. People also play in the elks clubs and bingo halls... Its not vegas, but there are plenty of 1/2, 1/3, and 2/5 cash games there too.

what bar has the juciest game in portland? we go to eugene often to play at ful house. they are a club with daily fees, works so much better than a rake

the copper monkey in beaverton has a $20 buyin /$20 rebuy for first three level tourny... once people start busting out they have a 1/2 and a 2/5 NL HE game... that can get a little juicy.

I've never paid any daily fees though...
