Big Charity Tourney in Oregon
Hey, I have been thinking for a while that I would like to get a big charity tournament together here in Oregon with all proceeds, minus that used for food and drinks, going to a charity of choice. I just don't really have any idea of whether it would be against the law here in Oregon. Anyone have any ideas or know where the best place would be to go to get this information?
