One of the worst aspects about this is the involvement of the Grovsnor Casino chain. Their parent company hired a PI company to collect evidence and put the pressure on the police and Gaming Commission to prosecute. What's more, the head of the gaming commission is a director of the PI company that was hired.

I read it on the Gutshot website.

Unfortunately I'm at work atm and The Gutshot website is blocked to me so I can't link it up, but I read the info in one of the articles that David Lloyd wrote while the trial was going on. He attended court each day and then reported the events on The Gutshot website. It seems that RANK and AIM's involvement was covered in court, but it still seems a bit underhand IMO.
