Thanks for asking. I used a roller bag to carry-on the chips, cards, table pad, and my clothes (no way I was going to trust my precious faux clays to baggage handlers). TSA always wanted to re-run my bag through the X-ray, and one time the screener asked me to remove the chips from my bag before they re-ran it, apparently because they were so dense they were obscuring the "view". So no problems, but definite interest/curiosity.
The set worked well, but the only ones impressed were people who I think had only played with the classic Bicycle interlocking chips--they commented on the "nice weight" of the chips. Others who I think had dice chips at home probably were keeping their mouths shut because they didn't want to make denigrating comments on how boring-looking and unofficially lightweight they were. I think I freaked-out a few people on how anal I was about the shuffling and dealing, which is why I did it all myself, for the most part.

Have you made any changes now that the task force case has been introduced to us??

Well, I, uh, just HAD to buy one of those, too, after seeing that it came with all that nice padding, and looked better-made. It actually is much better quality than the Husky: the walls are stiffer, it closes tighter, and the liner padding and divider walls are much better. The only issue is that it is slightly shorter (dimension from hinges-to-handle) than the Husky, which makes the fit quite tight for 15 boxes.
