Hey sk8sharpnr (or anyone), i'm flying out to Omaha on monday for business... I heard there are some casino's out there. Any recommendations for some low limit poker?

Hi Pie Taster. There are a few casino's in the Omaha area. Actually in Council Bluffs, Iowa, across the river from Omaha. There is live poker at Harrah's and it's everyday. However, I personally haven't been over there myself, but from what I've heard, is that, it fills up fast and is hard to just walk up a get in on a table. Depending on the time, you might luck out. Ameristar is the other casino to check out, but not sure about poker everyday. Both are with a minute of one another and are river boat casinos. Bluff's Run is a Harrah's casino, but has no card tables(not a river boat). www.harrrahs.com - Council Bluffs and www.ameristarcasino.com - Council Bluffs, should give you a little chance to check them out. Thanks for the tip, just got back from harrahs. Played a couple hours of 3/6 and walked away winning over $100. Not life changing money, but at least I feel better about putting the money down on the ASM group buy


Small little poker room, errr, maybe I should say poker area, with only 7 tables, but very friendly atmosphere and chatty table. Just the kind I like.
