I used to use a basic time too. but I have been using www.thetournamentdirector.net s clock. For being donationware its pretty useful. I espescially like the randomly generated seating chart. I like the looks of the clock though. I might check it out when it comes out. I also have a copy of the TEARS software but it is very involved and difficult to use if you ask me.

Tried it, love it, can't justify $40 a year for a standalone program. Great program though.
