You got to give the kid a little credit. We all have a dream...... too bad most of ours don't involve some heavy legal implications. I'd love to go to this "Disney Land" poker room. If you noticed, he didn't once mention any security. But I suppose being a minor, he'd probably host this in his parents basement. Mom and Dad might be enough security to handle a basement full of gamble crazed hooligans from the San Diego area. I realy want some of that free pizza. Maybe fruit punch is included on that.

"What's with the pins?"

"Oh, we're wired straight into the Precinct."

The funny part for me is that he is in the "San Diego area" as am I.

I'd love to take this kids money... Close him down on the first night open.

Heck he could be a 60 year old business man wanting to do this out of his home, and I would show up. (If it was for real)

Walk in there with $5000 bankroll and clean house at the max limits on BlackJack.

What he fails to realize is that the ONLY reason the casinos stay alive and make money is most of the games have that 1-2% house advantage that ONLY comes into play when you can run all the games, non-stop for 24 hours 7 days a week. Slim odds like that don't pay except via long term.

I had a "Casino Royale" night for real money when I was a senior in High School (loooooong time ago) and we got worked for hundreds... It was fun, we did it right, but when a player is "on a roll" you can't comp him a room so he will blow it tomorrow night.

The odds just don't pay the house on short term playing. That is the real glitch in the logic, rake or not.

(Sorry if this was a dead thread, but I'm new here, and I enjoyed reading that drivel... lol)

I'm a dedicated 2+2 lurker, rare poster, but home game enthusiast that has lurked at chiptalk until now.

But when I saw the subject line of the OP, I thought to myself, must be tworooks home casino: the most ridiculous thing I've seen on 2+2 in almost 3 years of reading.

Of course, I was correct. Kudos to JoJoBinks for sharing the ridicule!
