From my house, there are about 10 card rooms within a 45 minute drive. Tahoe, Reno, are 1 hour / 1.5 hrs respectively. Those were regular trips as well. (pre preggo wifey / baby quads / etc.) |

Casinos: several within 1.5 hrs (depending on traffic and construction), but it's been a while.
Longest trip: 15 hours to the Lone Star Roundup in Texas, thanks to a cancelled flight by American Airlines (and the airline folks think we don't continue to complain about long delays!). |

But since i have to go through the Harbor Tunnel in Baltimore and up 95 north during rush hour on a Friday, it can take anywhere from 45min-1.75 hours.
