Getting Tournament Director to work on my TV... HELP!!
Not sure if this is the right place to put this,,, I have tournament director on my laptop and am having a good sized tournament tomorrow and I want to be able to use my dlp television for the display. I hooked the computer up to the tv and all i get is the computer background picture and nothing else shows up. Its just the wallpaper that I have as background. What do i need to do to get this to work.
Thanks to any and all that have advice, good bad or otherwise.

SMT, it sounds like you have a dual monitor setup...
It may be as easy as dragging the TD window off your laptop screen and onto the TV. You may have to drag it right, left, or even up or down depending on the dual monitor setup.

If that doesn't work, try closing your laptop. That may force it to use the external monitor as the primary, in this case it will be your TV.

Sounds like you don't have mirroring turned on. Drag the TD window to the side of the screen on the laptop and onto the other desktop. Or turn on mirroring. This might help:
Ask BCC: Why does it take 6-8 months when you promised 4-5 weeks? How come you didn't look at the chips before you sent them out? Why does it take 6+ months for BCC to make good on a bad order after waiting 6-8 months in the first place?

thanks guys, i will go try that. We are having a $150 buy in tournament tomorrow, over 40 signed up so far. Its going to be a nice pot im thinking. Anyway i want to break out all the toys. Im using my ASM custom tournament set (looks like my avatar only says tournament) and I will be taking 3 cash sets for cash games. Im sure some moron will say "man these chips sure are light, not as good as those 11.5 gram offical casino clay chips like i have".. HEHEHE
