Just curious how this is related to Poker on TV......because it was on the news? A little bit of a S~t~r~e~t~c~h~.
where should he have put it ? in the people killed playing poker forum ? there's way too much time spent around here worrying about stuff being posted where it should be. does it really make that much of a difference ? who cares ?
This is interesting....someone that actually knows the law regarding home poker games.
"In Florida, you can have penny ante game up to $10 per hand and it's perfectly legal, so we're not sure how much they were gambling dollar-wise, but we're looking into that also," said Sgt. Michael Brouillette, New Smyrna Beach Police."

Holy ****!! That is crazy. I've been vacationing every year in New Smyrna for the past 16 years of my life. It is almost a joke how quiet and laid back it is there. You'd be hard pressed to find more that 1 or 2 things going on past 10pm most nights in the whole town. I guess this kind of thing happens everywhere, but that is shocking to hear about it happening there.

Sounds like a nice place. Also sounds like a remarkably dumb place to run a poker house.
