Has anybody else ever had a bracelet made for one of their home tourneys?

Every year, our "tournament of champions" is held to coincide with one of our players birthday parties. Since it normally goes into the wee hours of the morning everyone is invited to stay the night at her house.

Last year we decided that we would make it a big slumber party, so everyone brought PJs and thus was born the "Pajama Poker Invitational" (as we have a lot of female players this was a good thing, albeit a little distracting)

This year I talked one of our players who is also a jeweler into making a winners bracelet, ala the WSOP.

What is normally a pretty fun game, all the sudden became very cut-throat, not for the money, but for the bracelet.

To make a long story short, at 4am I finally walked away with the bracelet... here is a pic.

I had some of the cheapy Lance Armstrong style bracelets made up for my game. Need to get some pics up. But yeah, yours kind of makes my little bracelets cry. That looks sweet.

Very nicely done. I know several others on here have discussed the possibility of doing something like this, but this is the first time I have seen anything come of it.

If you could get some for resale I know you could move at least a few on here.

That would be a sweet piece of hardware for the CT TOC Champion too. Of course we would have to outfit Jojo with one retroactively to keep things consistent, but damn it does look pretty cool.....on second thought, a bracelet like might be wasted on an online champ as only the people in the Chicago area would get to check it out.
