Look closely at the bundle of "money". It's play money. Wonder if the Secret Service might "bid" on it

Only if it is the same size and basic design as real money. It is my understanding that the U.S. $100.00 bill is the most counterfeited bank note in the world - its sure nice to see all of the money the government has spent over the last decade or so to upgrade the monetary supply seems to be paying off.

Re: What in the %#$@ is this?

I picked these up a few of these years ago on ebay... I always keep a couple handy in my wallet as a way of saying "Thanks a $M".

(BTW, these are the same size as US$)

Re: What in the %#$@ is this?

There's several criteria that have to be met to constitute 'counterfeiting' and this probably doesn't meet that. It's just that some yahoo will probably be deceived into bidding on it because they're stupid enough to believe that someone is going to send them a million in US Currency for $25.

Re: What in the %#$@ is this?

Obviously a different take on things in the UK. Not so very long ago, there was a line of 'tea towels' (translation = those cloths that you use to dry crockery with after you've washed it) that had a UK pound printed on them. This was about three feet by 1 foot, and it was banned because it fell into the counterfeit currency laws here.

There is a £ note? I thought those were all coins.
