Chips: 507 | | | I've never seen the like of it In our home game over the weekend one of my buddies caught a run of cards that left the rest of both spellbound and broke. In the space of 20 hands or so he caught (80% on the flop):
- 2 four of a kinds
- 4 full houses
- 1 nut flush
- 3 nut straights
- 5 three of a kinds
- the rest were either two pair or top pair
To see if his luck was running strong, we had him call a series of coin flips. He called the first five flips correctly (in the air). I am still in shock.

Then in the same tournament, I catch runner runner full house again to beat the nut flush. That was some crazy luck. |

One of the players was hitting straights, flushes, and full boats ALL night. It got to a point where we were about 1/2 hour til we end usually and my friend was like, "let's stop I can't keep taking money from my friends like this." after this flop came out. the flop came out 772??? He had 72o in the BB. It was sick. He cashed out with almost everyones moeny. It was sickening... |

He couldn't do wrong; he'd have an inside straight draw and no one would raise enough to make him worth being chased out and he'd hit it. He'd see a limped pot with 59o (they're sorta connectors) and hit the straight on the flop. Now granted this is more a story of what happens to bad players when a decent one comes to town but still he was telling me that it was like a 1 outer felt like a sure thing by the end of the night. |

When she finally crapped out, the entire table, including the dealers, stopped and applauded her. | | Thread Tools | Search this Thread | | | | | Display Modes | Linear Mode |
