Sorry to take so long. Here's the "layout template" for The Tournament Director 2.x:

(change the file extension to .ZIP and you should be able to open it with Windows as a zipped folder)
It should go in your "The Tournament Director\templates" folder. This is the version before adding the graphic to the title area. If you want to use the "Plaza" fonts, you'll need to install the (included) font to "C:\windows\fonts" or equivalent. It's set up for 1024x768 screen resolution, so you might need to make some changes if you're using it at higher res. Oh, and if you don't like the alternating light/dark backgrounds, you can remove all th "even round" tabs for each of the elements and it will stay the same (except for breaks).
Also, you'll notice that there are all sorts of "conditions" for the Blinds and Next Blinds. That's because we sometimes play HORSE, or have antes kick in at some point for NLHE, etc., and this layout should automatically include Antes, Bring-ins, etc., and even include the "game name" (and "next game name") when they're needed... as long as you make sure to include all that stuff in your "Rounds".
