I am confused why we would have a $1000 chip (traditional) right next to the $500 chip (traditional) in the very same edgespots. This problem makes 4d18 not work very well for me. . . . That green/plum combo is acceptable I suppose, but just doesn't seem to work in 4d18.

Well, if this yellow is highly popular (which remains to be seen), I guess we could "tweak" the Lavender chip a little; maybe go with the Lavender-Laker 3-moon, or maybe one of the 3t18 options that was proposed a while ago. I don't want to make any major changes to any of the current chips, but swapping spot combos or using a slightly different (but similar) one with the same colours would be ok if the majority agree. (Would be a Round #3 vote).

remember that first it has to win this category and then has to beat the best 6a18 & 3U option...There seems to be a lot of people that liked the lavender 418 chip, so I'm betting that even if the yellow 418 wins this category, it won't win the overall yellow category...guess we'll have to wait and see
