TMSC Round #1 - "Other" Poll - Orange/Pink Edition

Entries have been combined into pairs for voting purposes. Please vote for up to 3 of your favourites. They are illustrated below. Also, don't forget to check out the other "other" poll.

Recall that "3d14" spots are used for colour comparison purposes only; any spot type can be chosen from those listed here. Bear in mind that many spot patterns have only one spot colour, in which case you can use any (from the 3 spot colours shown in 1 selection) for an entry in Round #2. Otherwise, you can use both colours (from either chip), or both plus any 3rd (not restricted to the 3rd colour illustrated in these selections; this applies for "3t18" and "4t18" spot patterns only).

Oh, and please excuse the "boring" sample inlay; just wanted to put something on them, since T-mold semi-customs are inlayed chips only -- no blanks, and no hot-stamps allowed; just whatever custom artwork you want!

Please see the interest and information threads for more info. Also, feel free to post comments in this thread (helps to bump the thread for "new post button" junkies), and/or illustrate mock-ups of sets based around your favourites, show different spot types, etc.

This poll will be open for 5 days. Please take your time in deciding. You cannot change your votes after they have been entered. It might be helpful to consider colour combinations that have already qualified for Round #2, which are listed and illustrated here:

Re: TMSC Round #1 - "Other" Poll - Orange/Pink Edition

There are a couple of things I'd like to point out:
  1. I have samples of lavender T-mold solids, and they're much more "pink" than what is pictured in Poker Chip Factory (PCF). In fact, I'd say that PCF's "lavender" looks more like my BCC purple samples (T-mold blank, Mardi Gras $500, Protege $500, InPlay $500, etc.), while PCF's "purple" looks far too blue.
  2. Please note that a pair of lavender-based colour combos have already qualified via the "purple" poll. Here it is mocked up:

See the following link for all the qualifiers so far:
    http://www.chiptalk.net/forum/697458-post6.html
  3. I'll post the other "other" category tomorrow ("Dark/Earth Edition") because I'm too tired. It will include "other" chips with base colours of bone white, mustard, gold, grey, and plum, among others. I wasn't sure where to put plum at first, but I don't think I'd call it a "pink", and there just wasn't room in this poll for more entries. And yes, this task reminded me far too much of sorting laundry. Where can I hang-dry the delicates?

Re: TMSC Round #1 - "Other" Poll - Orange/Pink Edition

Saturn yellow is a little more lime green than what the factory shows. It's not that yellow.

I'm disappointed people are voting for #8 on the W Orange chip as it's monochromatic in it's edgespot colors compared to the body. That W Orange chip wants some contrast!

Ya, but you could make a nice 3-moon of w orange with white, or even 3U where the middle is either filled with w orange or arch yellow... And a w orange tri-coloured pie with arc yellow and royal red looks nice...

If you're going with 618 or something, then yes, you'd want more contrast.

Re: TMSC Round #1 - "Other" Poll - Orange/Pink Edition

A little over 4 days left to vote.

So far, there are two entries that are pulling away from the pack. Then there are 11 entries battling it out for 3rd... Could go to any of them, really!

(yep, this is my attempt at a subtle evening bump)
