I have my collector chips in plastic pages that hold chips, kind of like the pages used to hold Baseball cards. They area also not oiled as i want to keep them in the the state i got them in.

Another suggestion to preserve some of your chips is to put them in an Airtite container. Airtite's come in a wide variety of sizes. Check out this web site for examples:
