This is a facsinating read. A wonderful article by David Spragg, outlining the
history of the Nevada mold,
created by Bud Jones in 1965.
If you're interested in how the chips in the first photo (two outer chips)evolved into the ones in the second photo, read that article.

the old nevada jack clays on ebay just ended with the reserve not being met. Its a nice set, but it might be hard to add to that set.

That's a pretty intereting article, nice find. I love the Nevada Jack Clay mold. Blue Chip is really improving in my opinion.
