my reference guides, but I suspect that these are plain, litho, USPS chips. They are generic and have no ties to a specific casino or gaming operation. Sold by the 10's of 1000's by the United States Playing Card company. They are probably in the $5 range (a collector's retail price). I can double check this evening and if different, I will re-post here.
retail. If sold in a set, the per chip value is reduced. The mold is "plain" and the inlay is "inlaid". Chips are clay composition. These are typically called "plain, inlaid wheel checks". They are generic and if used in a casino they are roulette chips. Otherwise they are used in home poker sets.
