The black spots definitely look better. The lighter spots make it too similar to the orange chip.

However, I preferred the chips the way they were....with a little tweaking on the red chip. The old black chip (now red) was actually my favorite girl and since I wasn't planning on getting red chips I'm kinda discouraged with the swap.

If my vote were to count, and I know it doesn't (I just like to throw my honest opinion in ), this would be the one that I would scrap - if there were to be any scrapped, that is. I just don't really care for this one! It just seems out of place with all the others in the set so far. All the others (except the Lady in Red) seem like wholesome young American Beauties - this one doesn't! So there....I said it!

I know you are trying to improve the original red chip but IMHO this only succeeds in creating two mediocre chips instead of one stellar chip and one subpar chip.

If you must go this route though please use the darker accent color.

Personally, I think she looks the best on the black chip. The original black was probably my favorite chip.

But, if she has to be on red, I think the black edgespots are the better option.

Plus, the red with cream looks very similar to the orange with cream.

The more I look at them, the more I like the original red chip and black chip. I agree that tweaking the original red chip and keeping the black chip with pink accents is the best alternative.

After Looking back...I like the original Red Chip with the Light spots and the original Black Chip.

I do like this chip better. While i really did like the girl with the black (my old fave) This one has more contrast and the same attitude. The red draws out her outfit more and i think with the black edgespots it all contributes to make a really solid additon to the set.
