Someone convince me why #1 is better than #2. | Number one looks like it is missing something.

Chips: 39,044 | | | Johnny5, you can speak your mind here. Most of the time I'd say that your and my comments would sway votes. But you probably have opinions about each of these designs, let's hear what you have to say.
I think they are right, #4 looks like a dart booard.
I have liked the #3 style from the beginning (see the other blue one), but it's too busy and distracts from the girl.
#1 is ok, but I like the complete symettry of equal rays. |

As for #2, this is a much more traditional but simple look.
I think #1 does a better job of emphasizing the main image while #2 looks okay but doesn't really add to the main image.

Chips: 1,555 | | I originally voted for #3 first but after thinking about it a bit more I feel that #3 does have too many rays and it seems that her ass is beeming too much sunshine (so to speak). I would now probably switch to #1 as my favorite as the reduced "rays" keeps the clutter down to a minimum and does still focus the attention where is belongs.

Chips: 12 | | | #1 kind of gives me a warm sunshine feel, which seems to really be reflected on the girls face (may not happen with the rest of the girls), and the light-to-dark gradient I think helps too. |

Chips: 554 | | | They all look good I Like number 1 over number 2 because the chip can have to many different colors. The different color rays really come out a lot in all of the other chips.....But number 1 only comes across as one background with a few dark rays that does not distract your attention from the girl. (Which Wouldn't Be Possible to do Unless you are Gay OR You are a Chip Junkie trying to Find the Perfect Background for The Perfect Pin ups!)
Is a Plain Backgound out of the equation??
I hate to jump the gun, But are we voting on the "American Beauties" lettering next?? |

A beautiful woman lights up a room, beams even in direct sunlight, and presents a bright aura around her wherever she goes. While I was in Vegas a couple of weeks ago, a pretty girl could even light up the casino floor.
#1 most closely replicates that "glow" in my opinion. The chip might even be better with just the gradient change, eliminating the rays.
Sorry for the sappy post! Spoken from a man who hasn't had a date in a while, huh!!
